At Credo Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
